Dr Joe Giordano BSc (Hons) MRICS
Joe is also Director and Founder of Bargate Consulting Ltd. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has spent his career advising banks and developers, and providing project delivery solutions to mitigate the risks associated with construction developments and their funding. He has PhD in Risks associated with lending to the Development Finance market.
Joe was lead author of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Project Monitoring Guidance Note and sits on its iSurv editorial board to help develop knowledge centres for its members. He has written the Monitoring and Control of Lending procedures for a number of banks and funds and regularly publishes in the property press on the topic and was responsible for the Article Managing Construction Finance Risk: What funders should be looking for in International Real Estate Finance.

Joe is in actively involved in number of veterans and children’s charities and is an Ambassador for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
He is a past Director of Torquay United Football Club and is a residential property developer who has completed a number of schemes.
In 2011, he accepted the Freedom of the City of London and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations
