Project and fund monitoring

Client benefits – identifying, evaluating and monitoring funding-related risks

We will provide a detailed audit of a proposed or an existing development. The service is divided into three stages:

Stage 1

This is the detailed audit of a project's documentation, including development costs, procurement programmes, warranties, building contracts, consultant's appointments and insurances. It identifies any risks, which are then drawn to the bank's and funder's attention together with recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Stage 2

This is the ongoing progress monitoring and the processing of drawdown.

Stage 3

This is the confirmation of the bank's or fund's condition precedents being cleared, and confirmation of practical completion, outstanding claims and that all costs have been agreed. It includes preparing a report outlining any lessons learnt and how performance and added value can be improved on future
